Within the Ranges

As ambassadors of Christ, we have a vital responsibility to showcase the true nature of Jesus Christ, and the victory to be had in Him, to those around us. We will someday stand before the judgment seat of Jesus and give an account. We are held responsible for every word, action, and thought. We have a range of responsibility. A sense of what we have influence over. We are each held responsible first and foremost for our self and what we allow into our interior life, into the dwelling place of the Living God. I need to be living out my life by faith and constant trust in who God is. I’m the steward of my life and will be accountable for how I live it. Not one inch of me will be given over to the trivial things of the world or to sin. Don’t let anything infringe upon what you’ve been entrusted with. Steward well what Christ has entrusted to you. If you prove faithful in the small things, the Lord will give you greater responsibility and work to do for His Kingdom for the glory of His name. Only what I have done well for Christ will last. All other things will fade away. I need to be watchful and alert - on guard always. Faith filled prayer is my weapon and belief that God is as big as He says He is.

I’m brought to my knees, humbled before Jesus, and desperate for His work and Spirit in me to help me with the reality of what He has entrusted me with. I know I cannot walk out a step of the Christian life in my own strength (been there, done that, and failed - every single time). I am DESPERATE for the Spirit of the Living God, the Holy One of Israel, the Almighty Creator of the universe to come take my body, take my being, and live through me. I can do nothing in self-striving. I need Him in order to be able to live a Spirit-filled life. I need to get out of the way. He needs to be seen. This is the impossible life, but THROUGH GOD, all things are possible. I lay my life before Him; my body for Him as a living sacrifice. No more striving. Not by my strength or my power, but BY HIS SPIRIT. Lord Jesus, take this life of mine and use it for Your glory. Live through me. May you take these hands, and may they be Your hands. Take me feet and send them to where You want me to go. May my desires be Your desires. Give me YOUR burdens. May I not utter a word or say a single prayer unless You move my lips to do so.

The Lord spoke to me last semester and told me He was going to be taking me into a place of leadership. I struggled against that word for so long, not believing that I have that gifting. But I believe the Lord is calling forth leaders in this generation who are given over to Him, completely all for His glory. Leaders who will spend their selves in the place of prayer and fasting. Who will be a temple of the Lord, and be a house of prayer. Who will showcase His glory through their holy set apartness. They will live a lifestyle of sinlessness, not living under the thumb of the enemy, and they will ask whatever they wish of the Lord, in accordance to His Word. Mountains will crumble before us, the dead raised before us, and the world will know that Yahweh God is the only One and Jesus is the righteous King over everything.

I said yes to the call God placed upon me. Yes, Lord, raise me up as a leader in this hour. Set me apart to usher in the presence of my King, and prepare the way of the Lord. Work through my weakness and enable me to do even greater things than Jesus because Your Spirit is in me, the same Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead. I know with this comes immense responsibility. I need to be steadfast and alert, watchful, baptized in the Spirit of prayer and intercession, brought low before the throne. He is raising me up to bring down giants. He is preparing me to bring His Kingdom to this earth. He is giving me a place in leading sex trafficked victims out of their bondage. I am anointed to set the captives free and lead slaves out of the Wilderness. Jesus, only You can get them into the Promised Land, but use me to point them to the only Hope, who is Christ Jesus.

Sex trafficking, you WILL be brought down as an industry. God will be entrusting me with the care of these girls who have been rescued. The sex industry is a giant in the land. But I will stand my ground and say NO MORE. Lord, help me to be willing to die if need be to see an end to it. Victory WILL come. Do not fear the giants in the land. Do not fear the billion dollar pornography empire that has been built in our nation. There are giants in the land, but the Lord is with us, and we declare victory in the name of Jesus. Whatsoever is not of faith is sin. Lord Jesus, give us faith. Help us to believe in Your promises. Your Word is my rock and I stand on it. Jesus, You are my Victorious Warrior and you are calling us to arise, take heart, and step into our calling with confidence in the One who sent us.

There is an enemy who is in hot pursuit of God’s chosen ones. Stay focused and alert, constantly vigilant over your walk and abiding with Christ. Do not give way to spiritual sleepiness. Do not open that door even a crack for the enemy to make his way through. Do not give way to up and down Christianity. Jesus is steadfast, He does not waiver. Be in Christ. It is only an upward hill, not a rollercoaster. Do not give up your treasure and inheritance. You were born to receive an inheritance – you were resurrected to receive Jesus.

Many times what God has started in the Spirit we try to finish in the flesh. Jesus, train us to be watchful always. Don’t let me take lightly what you have entrusted me with. Raise me up as a deliverer who is completely surrendered to Your Spirit. Reign in us. Take Your place in the center of our hearts. You sit upon my throne. Lord, bring a sword and cut away all that is not of You. Don’t let anything go on in our lives that would compromise the King who lives in us. God, break to bits the areas in our lives that are not of You, that are not all for Your glory. Break everything that can be broken and shake everything that can be shaken. Come, Lord Jesus, come. You’re the One we want. Help us to guard our ranges. We stand in the authority of the King and claim victory over every area of our lives. Your Spirit enables us to walk as Jesus walked.

“Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye shall dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! For the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” (Revelation 12:7-12).

I stand upon fact, upon the Word of my Lord. The kingdoms of darkness WILL crumble. King Jesus reigns and we must submit. Every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord. Nations will bend. The power of Christ has come. Stand and proclaim it. Do not let darkness reign. Fight long and hard for the glory of King Jesus. Our King reigns and His Kingdom has come. Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old.
